chocolate biscotti.with love

this is one of my favorite recipes and is loved by all, big and small. great during warm summer days with an iced coffee, comforting on cold winter nights with a steamy cup of tea or even as a special treat inside a lunch box. whether you are making this recipe for yourself or for your family and friends or even that neighborhood bake sale, be sure to add an extra dash of love!

(yields about two dozen)
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 large eggs
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips

* gradually beat in cocoa powder and baking powder, beat until combined
* beat in eggs one at a time until combined
* stir in flour until everything is combined

* with a serrated knife into 3/4 inch slices and place them on its side and return to the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 8 minutes, flip them and bake the other side for another 8 minutes
* take them out and cool for about 20 minutes and you are ready to eat!
